BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I phoned the Fourways Branch with the intention of opening a post paid account. Nosipho asked me to send me all my documents which I duly did. She then told me that I did not meet the requirements for a contract. I tried to reason with her why I thought I actually met the requirement and she was not willing to entertain me or even refer me to someone who would be able to objectively assess my situation and not just base the decision on a basis that is unfair and unreasonable. I am more than happy to go and give my business to other service providers who would be more than happy to get it.
