It's been two weeks since I emailed their helpdesk to ask two simple questions:
1) Have you received the payments I've made?
2) What bank account details and reference should I use for future payments?
I did get a call from a clearly useless person who promised to put me in touch with somebody who could help, but there has been no further response from them.
I really struggle to see how a company can remain afloat if it can't answer simple questions, stated clearly, in a span of two weeks?
