Nashua Mobile
HOW HARD CAN IT BE?

For the 2nd month now, my employer paid me late. As the 1st fell on a Sat, my debit order with Nashua got rejected.

First thing on Mon, I sent an email to Samantha Solomons explaining that I hadn't been paid yet. I asked her NOT TO LOCK MY LINE & said I would EFT the amount as soon as I was paid.

On Tues at 14h45, my salary reflected & I immediately did the EFT as I promised AND sent Samantha the proof of payment AS WELL AS a follow up email. I also asked how I could be switched to EFT payment or have the debit date changed to prevent this in future. As is the norm, I never even got the courtesy of a response to the mail & assumed all was in order.

At 02h00 this morning (Wednesday) I received an SMS to say my line had been locked. How hard is this? I took the preventative steps to avoid this and they still cant get it right.

He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so." - Mahatma Gandhi
