No response from mtn since then - four weeks
What is the problem?
Typical mtn service arrogance and contempt for the customer
In Jan 2014 will cancel both contracts and NEVER do business with mtn again
You have a " Chief Customer Experience Officer" - what a joke - the only experience from mtn is BAD SERVICE
