TELKOM WONT GIVE MY MONEY BACK!!!

ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS SINCE I PLACED THE ADD BELOW ON HALLO PETER AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE WHAT I PAID FOR! THEY SIMPLY DENY MY REQUESTS FOR A REFUND AND OFFER ME NO LOGICAL EXPLANATION AS TO WHY MY ADSL LINE HAS NOT BEEN INSTALLED!
YOUR COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE OPERATIONAL. SINCE YOU HAVE TAKEN MONEY FROM ME FOR A SERVICE THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE AND YOU REFUSE TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK, THAT IS CONSIDERED! I DO NOT WISH TO EVER DO BUSSINESS WITH YOU AND I PITY ANYONE WHO DOES! IM REPORTING YOU TO THE OMBUDSMAN, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
I applied for wireless internet connection at my residential place in Rynfield for work purposes and was advised by the consultant that they would in fact be able to supply me with the internet connection at my residence. I had to pay an amount of R700 in order for the installation to proceed. I paid this the next week and on the same day, I get an sms from Telkom saying they have sent out a technician to my place to do the installation. NO arrangements were made with me whatsoever! I called them to query this and the lady informed me that their plans have changed and they would be sending the tech out another and will advise me when.?
