Last Tuesday I went to the Germiston Goldenwalk store to upgrade my Mtn contract (0837841618) and the sales consultant loaded the wrong package. Because it was late in the afternoon I agreed to come back in the morning. The next morning I was told by Jennifer that Mtn was offline and must wait for 2 hours and they will call me. She then call my work and spoke to one of my staff and told them to pass on the message that the upgrade can only be done Thursday. Very disappointing as my staff do not need to know my business. Then I was told the next day that this will be sorted by Saturday and I said that I will come in on Monday and to my surprise Mtn is still offline to date. Their negligence has lead to my upgrade being delayed for 1 week and this is not my first upgrade. The service I received was very bad and even the store manager did not bother to intervene to tell me what was the delay about. Today I did not get a call for any updates as to what is happening.
