My husband warren paulsen's ph started switching off about 2 wks ago, it went in for repairs at tygervalley last wk. since its return may 31 its switching off even more than before. he uses his phone for business so this affects his income and his ability to care for our CHRONICALLY SICK kids! we have a 10 month old, a 4 yr old and a 7 yr old. he already sent a complaint but other than a reference number, nothing has been resolved. he called in this morning and got put from 1 dept to the next. so how about we sue cell c for loss of earnings, and pain and suffering as the kids health are now being affected!! how hard is it to simply replace and irreparable handset?? the ph was repaired, its still messed up so now the onus is on cell c to replace the phone. as a concerned mom i will ensure this matter is immediately resolved or i will not only hand the matter to our attorneys, i will publicize the matter on much more than hellopeter.i am leaving my ph with warren so you can call him directly to apologise and offer him a solution that doesnt mean he is without a phone again
