I am really disgusted by the level of MTNs customer service. They are by far the worst service provider i have ever dealt with.
I did an upgrade 06 May 2013, worst mistake! I have taken my new phone twice and ever since i have had no proper network service. i am now struggling just to get a simple sim swop because apperantly the issue is now with my sim card.
worse than the technical problem, is the attitude you recieve when actually visiting the so called service store (Boulders). you would think since they have had a store renovation, they would be more enthusiastic about serving the customer but NO, even a simple "hello" is a problem.
I will now have to change my number as i will have to change from MTN.
