On the 20'th December 2013, I went to Booysens police station to seek advice about a domestic matter where for the past 2 months I have had incidences where my electricity was deliberately switched off and this happened in the evening to my household only. A day prior to the 20'th of December the same thing happened but this there was a witness who saw the boy responsible. I confronted him and his father at his house but both denied it. The next day I went to seek advice at boys ends police station bug was told that I should call 112 once my witness was ready to testify. I called 112 and I was given a reference number. 3 hours later still no police officials came to my house. I followed it up with another call and was reassured that the police were on their way but still no official came.4 hours later I called 112 and was puff through a VERY RUDE call centre agent who put me on hold and later disconnected my call. I called Booysens police station yet again and I was told that police were coming 7 hours later I am still waiting. I find this kind of treatment to be rediculous, what is the role of police if not to serve and protect. I'm not general using I have had good service before
