We often frequent Nandos Parow (Voortrekker Road) and Nandos Tygervalley Centre. There is a noticable difference in the size of the portions received at these two branches. Nandos Parow consistently gives smaller breast portions. It seems as if the whole top section of meat on the breast part has been removed before serving. While at Tygervalley Nandos the portions are consistently much larger. The top piece of meat does not appear to be removed here. This is just one example that we commonly and consistently find and have taken pictures of. We have spoken with Nandos Parow staff about this and they say this is how it is.
Is it fair for consumers to pay the same price for an inferiour product? Who is overseeing standardisation issues at Nandos? Often times i feel like returning the visibly reduced portion in complete disgust.
