So i am supposed to receive 400 mb a month to my suprise i only received 150 mb i was told that i used 250 mb which i never recieved. At first i was told that it was prorated then after telling the agen about her own product she could only come to the conclusion that i used the 250mb, i was sent a data report which does not make sense. I regret sigining up with you guys as i have had nothing but problems with Telkom Mobile i would like this resolved ASAP.
