Why bother having a loyalty program for people who spend large amounts on there cell phones if nobody within Cell C knows about it.

I have a friend who belongs to the former red carpet, that has now changed it's name, and spends roughly a half to a tenth of what my accounts are every month, but the only communcation I get from Cell C are the annoying telephone calls that ask if I have enough money to pay that months bill, which is strange, because even when my bill is R18K a month, I have not missed one payment or had a debit order reversed. From June of last year I have been trying to find out information about this however I just get the royal run around, even trying to get to book an appointment with Alan the CEO is harder than trying to see the queen, because nobody in head office knows who the PA is.

I think it is time to again see what I can get from other service providers, as I moved from MTN to Cell C on the promise of better service.
