Hello I am still waiting for Feedback on escalation ARS 215137 which was given to me via hellopeter in November 2012 after logging the following complaint
Original complaint logged ->
"4 years ago I applied for a telkom landline. I was told there is no infrastructure in my area and its with the planning department .(I live in central Ballito about 2KM from the main shopping center). I gave up. Earlier this year I tried again and was told their is still no infrastructure however they sent a technician out to check. He advised that all is in order from the areas point of view. Telkom just needs to do their part. I went to follow up again today and was told its with the planning department and they cannot give me a time frame. I know a number of other residents in the same area with the same problem. I also know my father inlaw lives 150 meters away with a telkom line. Apparently on a different infrastructure setup. This is dragging on for too long now. "
