Being a loyal customer to MTN for almost 10 years and spending more then R2000.00 a month, im disgusted at the service i have been given.
I got a new samsung S3 in Feb from Durbanville MTN, not long after having my phone i accidentially let it slip out my hand and it hit my keyboard on my desk. and shattered the screen (NOT LCD) I went in at the end of April to get a quote as i didnt want to send my phone in and be without a phone for two weeks.
After numerous emails and phone calls im still waiting for a quote. DO MTN have no loyalty to the people who are loyal to them and make them money. IM also so disgusted at the quality of the phones they supply.
