Poor Service! Poor quality!

Hi
I recently got an S4 on contract. I was so excited as I had waited for quite a while. The phone ran smoothly for about a month and battery life was excellent.
Now, if my battery lasts a day its a lot
My phone keeps switching off when it wants
My phone sometimes restarts when I'm taking a photo
Phone is really slow and freezes

I am a student and a lot of people seem to be getting S4's- so either someone tries to rectify the matter or I will tell people to refrain.

I am a loyal Samsung supporter and have a Smart TV, Galaxy Tab 10.1 and S4 so would really appreciate it if my loyalty wasn't tested.
