I have changed from one service provider and this process was OK. I have filled in all forms that was necessary according to the lady that helped me. After a month there was a postage fee that was deducted from my account. I went back and the lady said I had to fill in another form to cancel these deductions, which I did. This month again there was a deduction again of my account. I have called customer care, which do not answer and also went to the local Nashua Mobile branch a few times with no avail. Please help me solve this issue.
