I wrote a complaint on hello peter in March 2013. I asked for the broadband service to be cancelled, as it never works. All has been fine for 2 months. I now suddenly start receiving a bill for service I didnt request. Go check my complaint on the 30 March, reconcile the account to reflect accurately and cancel the service as previously requested. I am not under any obligation - this is a month to month thing. If I add the past 2 months, thats 7 months that your dns server is down. Get it right, sort out your billing and stop annoying me with empty commitments!!! I REALLY DO NOT APPRECIATE RECEIVING A BILL FOR MAY, WHEN I HAVENT ASKED FOR THE SERVICE, USED THE SERVICE OR BEEN ABLE TO USE THE SERVICE!!!
