Empty promises

I ended my contract with them last year and they are still deducting money from my account. I e-mailed them directly and they said they found the problem and will fix it. But like clockwork this month they just deducted the money again. Here is the response I got from the first e-mail

Hi Evert, Thank you for your email, Kindly be advised correction will be made on your account as we have investigated the cause of the debit orders still being submitted, our finding were that the request to cancel the number0741930600 was not processed, we received the request to cancel on the 25th/06/12 for the final debit order to be submitted on the 1st/09/12, amount debited after this date will be credited, please accept our apology for the inconvenience.
