I would like to complain about Telkom poor service delivery on the resolution of my very slow Adsl link
The internet access is extremly slow . iI had to log the call 3 times over the last 2 weeks as the call keeps getting closed with out checking with customer if the problem has been resolved. I had to phone in just about every day to check the progress, but stll nothing concreate is done to resolve the issue. I can cleary see the issue is on the line as I am getting packet loss on the link between my router and the default gateway and I not getting the full 4MB on the link that I am paying for.
I feel that no one at telkom wants to take ownership of my call and get this resolved.
