What can I do???

I really don't know what to do anymore. The first time I called them to stop my contract was on 23 March 2013 then the debit order went of and I call them twice more. And finally my contract was stopped on 14 May 2013 but then again my debit order went off on 31 May 2013??? How does this work. When I call they just say they will fix the problem but you need to call so many times before something is sorted but still struggling to get my debit order stopped.
