Debit order not stopped

I loggoed a complaint last week Monday about a debit order that needs to be stopped. It is a week later and nobody contacted me advising what is the outcome will the debit order be stopped and so on. Exactly a week later and the debit order went through without consent, as the instruction was to cancell this debit order.

is this really the bank that says "how can we help you".

isnt this, cause my instruction was to cancell the debit order as the account was settled.
