I took a contract with cell c through their telemarketers now since I took i have been overbilled by some thing called Opera014 this is not fair I want all my money back that I was overcharged and the other problem I have is that this number belonged to someone else so Ikeep getting sms's and calls from this persons bank and lawyers and debt collectors etc. I have complaine and Ive just been ignored. Is this even legal? Im fed up If this is not sorted asap I will never use cell c again and lay a weekly complaint wherever I can and badmouth them wherever I go. Im not happy at all and to think I have 2 contracts with people who do this to me? If this does not get sorted quickly I will get a lawyer to sort it out on my behalf because this is not in line with the cpa. Thanks (not a happy camper)
