To whom it may concern:
I have unfortunately reached my limit with MTN. First we had to fight for MTN to cancel our contracts & then its finally on prepaid but now for the 3rd month in a row, MTN has deducted various amounts from our account. We have received e-mail correspondence that we will not be billed but we still get billed. Do we have to take legal action against our service provider? How on earth can you bill a prepaid? Please could someone at MTN rectifiy this immediatly.
