Bad Service and Bad Attitude

I would like to write in connection with the shocking attitude and service of your Cavendish branch, dealing with Kasiem. I was made to wait 35mins to be served, when there were staff on hand but who refused to come to the desk as they only started at 10h30, even though there was a que of 7 people! When i eventually got to speak to him he had a sarcastic, obsequious attitude and went on at me as I didnt bring my charger with me. Whilst speaking to me he began to assist another customer in store, who had not been waiting for over half an hour.
My phone went dead and I was not aware that a hard reboot could be done on the phone. He sent me all the way to your Tygervalley technical store, when all he had to do was try that as an option and not chastise me for not bringing my charger into the store!
