Nature of complaint to Vodacom Below,
I logged a complaint with regards to a sundry charge of R40.00 monthly that i was not notified when i renewed my vodacom contract - i renewed my contract directly with vodacom telephonically - the agent that logged my complain on the 17 May 2013 advised that the voice recording of the renewal will be listen to and i will receive feedback within 72 hours
TODAY IS TWO WEEKS AND NOTHING
REFERENCE FOR MY CALL IS: S3-TPH2V-VCEDS
I WILL APPERICATE FEEDBACK - CAUSE IM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT AGREE TO
