Worst customer service EVER!!

I have upgraded seven weeks ago and am STILL awaiting delivery of my phone- Autopage are great at responding to Hello Peter but NEVER BOTHER to call the customer and keep them informed... to make matters worse... I have been BILLED the last 2 MONTHS for a phone i have NO IDEA WHEN I WILL EVER RECIEVE!!
