Illigal Sim swap

On the 20 May 2013, I received a call from an unknown number and no one was answering so I call the call centre to report this and the consultant took my details and informed me that someone was trying to do an illegal Sim swap of my number, so he asked me for a question and answer that will be asked should this attempt is done. But on the 21/05/2013 my phone was unregistered, and my money was taken from my bank. The bank asked me to report to the police and go to mtn for the number to be returned. Mr Grant Gerber from the vincent branch and he informed me that the sim swap reversal could not be done as the sim swap was already done for the month and he said I must check after 24hrs. I waited for three day and when I went to ask him for the progress he informs me that my number has been ported to Cell-C and he will follow it up and will call me but till yesterday Mr Gerber did not call me and could not attend to me even though I informed him that the number was for my business and he did not care. I asked for the supervisor but nothing. As I'm writing this, my number is currently not with me and I have decided to take thing on my own. I'm so disappointed with the way mtn and staff
