I have a fixed contract with Mtn where I get 2 Gig of data at R139 per month. I have never reached my limit and never top up the data. Suddenly this month my account has jumped from R139 to R186.58 with no apparent explanation on the bill. The 808 Mtn helpline is utterly useless and I gave up after trying all the options. Really sad that I have to resort to Hello Peter to solve such a trivial matter - Mtn your customer care is useless!!!
