Trying to get a 2nd contract i was told i have been denied. told me i have a bad payment profile. How can that be..? my account is about 3months old and its on a debit order...
I spoke to your finance department and they said no debits have come back abd that my account is in good standing... so how is it that I was denied based on bad payment profile???
I called back and was cut off twice. the 2nd time i was on hold over 24mins!
then i am told by customer care to speak to sales, then sales says no, speak to customer care...??? not getting anywhere here...
Called ITC.. there is nothing wrong with my profile...
