On the 03 April 2013, I applied for vehicle finance at Standard bank, Standard bank said I am on the system as a slow payer and they cannot help me with finance and should speak to Vodacom and find out why they put me on as a slow payer.
I spoke to Ricardo Africa at Vodacom customer care on the 03 April, and he said beacause my account is not paid they put me on as a slow payer, I said to him it is imposible the payment should go off on the 1st of each month and it is a debit order, when I said to him that Standard bank denied my vehicle finance becasue of this he laughed so I sweard him and he put the phone down, I requested a settlement of my account from Clearice on the 09/04 a Candice on the 10/04 then on the 2nd May the samething happend because of the holiday they did not take the money of on the 1st they soft locked my phone, and I lost business. After all this I have proof tht there was money in my account at both times Vodacom is people
