I have been with afrihost a while now in the beginning they were great, now though DON'T TOUCH 'EM.
Have had issues for the last 5 months since moving my line to them. Have had issues whereby I cannot connect for up to 5days at the beginning of each month. They seem to say sorry but replying it was a little mistake.
What about compensation for that little mistake? The time and money I am loosing by being offline? Yet if I don't pay my bill you will simply close my accounts.
The same issue has just happened again today! And this is the final straw, I have opted to cancel each and every service I had with you. I'm expecting a refund for next months cancelled service but would not hold my breath.
If they can't provide a decent Internet service their core business, how in name will they be able to sort out there accounts?
