Constant billing of account already paid fo

It all started when i recieved a sms notification of an unpaid bill, thinking that it was an outstanding or shortfall paymen. I later recieved the same bill for the same amount whic lead me to query the account at Century City branch where by i was told payment had been recieved and that it was not my account. Even after such verification i continued to be supplied with the same bill i continued to call and commuinicate with vodacom to let them know my standing on the bill as it was not mine. untill such time that they sent me attorney demand letter. I paid the account two more times for fear of being black listed as i have a number of contracts with them. I am now getting fed up and it is humiliating to have demand letters sent to me for accounts that do not belong to me. Aswell as the collection attorneys VVM they are rude and inconsiderate and we have faxed through proof of payment the last which being on the 25/03/2013
