I got my S4 on monday 29/04, I noticed the phone kept on overheating and switching itself off. I was under the impression that this may be a software issue and looked on the net. i then got asked by someone to pin point where the heat is coming from which on happens randomly. I then discovered when i removed my cover that the standby button bottom part stick inside the phone when pressed thus causing the phone to overheat and switch off. i only figured this out on Monday the 13/05 and was only able to book in the phone on 15/05. Today i got a message my phone is ready for collection. GUESS WHAT BUTTON STILL STICKS!!! don't your repair center read the job card send with the phone??? i switched from Vodacom to CellC for a phone that you had more than i have. I would like someone to explain to me firstly how do you send a phone back to a customer when you didnt even check the fault??? and also this is clearly a DOA but no one bothers to care. The manager at Greenstone tried to get me a new phone with no luck. If i knew what i know now i would have never switched to CellC. Vodacom i take my phone to vodaworld and its gets sorted the same day, CellC may take up to 21 working days!!!
