I complained about ten days ago about shoddy Telkom service on our existing home line and absolute lack of service on installing a new business line we ordered in January 2012. I received an email from Telkom that the issues had been escalated and would be dealt with in short order.
I received an SMS from Telkom to say that the line fault on our home line had been repaired. It has not (in fact, our neighbours have complained of intermittent Internet too).
I have not heard a word about the new installation.
