I took in my telephone on Friday 24th of May, and they said they can fix it before closing time. Upon return it was not fixed but did allow them the leniency to keep the phone till Saturday 25 May 2013, seeing that i only too the phone in at 6:00 pm. When arriving on Saturday at 11:00 (after being notified it will be ready at 10:00 am), the phone was not yet fixed and said that I must return on Monday. So when asking the technician what is wrong he gave me 5 different excuses but could not exactly tell me what is wrong (after all that is a job of a technician). An argument pursued and he became arrogant, without considering customer service and manners.

Upon return on Monday I asked him why I first needed to get angry (like every time a customer service gets delivered in SA), and he just gave me another and arrogant answer. After I paid i spoke to the manager who was just sitting and doing nothing.

People like these is from those that really want a job, and works hard to earn their money to pay for repairs like these.

Therefore I will not stop posting complaints, until this person is fired. And you can take my word for that.
