Diificult to upgrade

A few months ago I made an online application and have not heard anything from MTN since. A month ago I went into MTN Canal Walk (Entrance 5) and was promised a call when stock of the new S4 would arrive. I received a call about a week later and I then told them that I would be coming in later that week. It took me four days to get to the mall eventually and when I arrived they told me out of stock. When I said I was on the list and was called- I was then told they only keep the phone 24hours. No one said anything like that on the phone. Anyway without making a fuss I asked to be placed on the list again. It is now in its 3rd week and nothing since, but I just heard that someone actually got a S4 from them in last week. When I was with Cell C they made a plan and delivered the phone to me as an added value service- but MTN expects one to drive through and check in from time to time costing you time and money. I think it is about time that I move all our company packages that is ready for upgrade to a different service provider. Why could they not just do the paperwork etc as I was prepared with all documentation- and arranged for delivery? MTN has lost one of its value propositions
