I have had a connection issue since the 1st of May 2013. I contacted Cybersmart and they logged a fault as Telkom had to investigate.
It took Telkom ages to get around to contacting me, and also 3 visits to my house before some progress was made. A faulty line was to blame. They apparently repaired the line and it worked for a whole 2 days before my problem returned.
I have made numerous calls to Cybersmart and every time I get told something else. This issue was escalated again on Sunday, and I have heard nothing up to now.
Emails to the support desk goes un-answered.
I am being billed for the month of May, but have had no service, this is not acceptable.
I am really frustrated and very tempted to cancel my service and go to somebody that would be willing to provide some customer service!
