Cybersmart not a good deal - no service

I opened my Cybersmart account close to the 18 February. Today is 06 March.

To summarise:

1) I have had 5-6 days of connectivity - these are not full days
2) Sure, Telkom have had their issues- they have been here 6x. Now the 7th "fault" needs to be reported. 30min ago my internet worked fine.
3) I send an email to the info address, it takes 2-3 days to reply (if at all)
4) my average waiting time at the call centre is 30 - 40 min. The longest was 52min. The longest queue I was in was 8th in line. The 52min I was 3rd. I have spent 6h on the line with them. 3h with Telkom
5) I report a problem and people commit to get back to me, on 3 separate occasions- today included. This did not happen.
6) Cybersmart logs a fault with Telkom, they come out and this is not communicated to me.
7) I ask to cancel my account immediately, then I am told that I need to give a months notice. For what? No connection? no service? no communication?
8) I then ask for the managers email address, then I am told to send it to their info address, which I dont get replies on...

I am utterly disgusted by the way I am treated. Now I have already paid this month and probably need 2 pay next month. For what?
