A couple of weeks ago my MTN SIM card was not able to connect to the MTN network. I contacted MTN South Africa on the MTN South Africa Facebook page and to be quite honest, having had more than one negative experience regarding service levels at MTN I wasn't expecting much.
Michelle from the MTN Social Media Team took the time to look into my problem, kept me updated with feedback and that night at 18h00 gave me a call to let me know that she had just picked up that my SIM had re-registered on the MTN network and was working again.
Michelle, your personal approach and commitment to a problem, the likes of which I'm sure doesn't fall within your job description, and your ability to see it through to the end is a testament to your professionalism, you are an asset to MTN - I would hire you!
