I have been to Cell C Clearwater branch on 4 occasions now to get a Netcomm My Zone Wi-Fi router on a prepaid deal being offered in the media at the moment for R 1899.00 once of payment. The branch keeps telling me they don't have stock and also they do not know when they will get. This has been going now for 3 to 4 weeks. I was referred to the call centre. I phoned them but they advised me they only do post paid deals and cant help me. I have asked that they advise me which branch/s has stock and I was told that they don't have that information and I should phone the branches myself and see if they have stock. I have phoned 6 different branches in Gauteng and no one has stock and no one can tell me when or if they are getting. Is it this hard to buy an item from Cell C? Other service providers have similar items and it seems I'm being forced to go to the alternative service providers??? :(
