Terrible Service

I preordered a Samsung Galaxy S4 online. I tried calling there service number numerous times and it just rang. I emailed Cell C and sent them an sms and only received a reply a week later, stating that they were unable to reach me. I replied saying that my phone might have been off (it does not work properly, hence me wanting to get a new phone). It has been over a month and I have still not received a reply from them or heard anything about me preorder.
On a separate occasion I went in-store to inquire as to when the LTE version of the S4 would be coming out, as I had given up on my preorder and when I asked the salesman there, he replied with: "I don't know what this LTE thing is that you are talking about, you are talking gibberish to me...".
Seriously...
