I called in on Tuesday (21/05/2013) to request that my ORIGINAL invoice be resent to me, the lady who took the call was very helpful and did inform me that she could not forward me the original invoice however she will forward my request to the "query department" who will get back to me WITHIN 72 hours.
Well it is now Monday (27/05/2013) AND I have yet tp hear anything from Vodacom.
I myself am in the service industry and do NO make promises on timelins if i cannot deliver them.
Please get back to me ASAP.
