Issues with canceling expired contract

It has been more than a month that my celphone contract has not been canceled. After phoning customer care several times and geting promised that the issue will be sorted in 72 hours with two cases that got lodged. I have still not had the contact canceled and number converted to prepaid.
Consultants only respons is that they will log a case but noting happens. Even the consultants manager stated that it will be resolved in 72 hours. This is now more than 10 says later and two visiys to the store with the issie not resolved.
