I requested 8ta to allow my contract to run for the full 24 months term and turn my number into prepaid there after (via email to [Email Removed] they canceled my contract and my number completely from the network. after following this issue up i was told that my contract will be reinstated but there is a contract termination which i have to pay. this is unacceptable, the worst part is that there seems to be communication breakdown within 8ta branch and call center. I have been trying to get this issue sorted out but i have always been referred to someone who refers me to another. please someone help me resolve this issue. the quality management systems must be enforced to prevent this kind of bad customer service.
