Yesterday we just received a legal notice letter from Munnik Basson Dagama INC for us to pay 16279.00.
No-one from MTN has come back to us since last year when Veronica Smith sent us email below which state that they are investigating the case. I wonder how does people at MTN works! because we were waiting for MTN to advise us how did their investigation went, but to me it seems like the other hand does not know what the other hand is doing. I've been trying to call Veronica since last year I which somebody can tell me where did she disappeared to and if she left nobody at MTN took over from her cases she was working on and client got changed? MTN is this a way you milking your own clients?
