A supplier response is not really a response

Please refer to my original complaint entitled "Pharmacy opens nearly an hour late"?

As per your response you state that you will contact me shortly which was placed on Friday 3 May 2013.

Well, today is Wednesday and we clearly have a differenct definition as to what shortly means as I have not heard from Clicks at all.

Therefore, I can only conclude that a supplier response on this site from Clicks is only meant to look like it is addressing our complaints when in actual fact they are not.
