As per your response you state that you will contact me shortly which was placed on Friday 3 May 2013.
Well, today is Wednesday and we clearly have a differenct definition as to what shortly means as I have not heard from Clicks at all.
Therefore, I can only conclude that a supplier response on this site from Clicks is only meant to look like it is addressing our complaints when in actual fact they are not.
