Despite the fact that I never utilized their services, I put up with continuous SMS service notifications as I lived in a block where Smart Village was the monopoly ISP.
Let me repeat here that I WAS NEVER A CUSTOMER, yet got spammed with SMS's indicating when services were interrupted. The frequency of these SMS's made me glad that I never used them.
Now, 3 months and repeated phone calls later (3 at last count), I'm still receiving SMS's from them. In fact I received 6 annoying SMS's just today.
How difficult could it be to remove an SMS from their customer lists - especially one who's NEVER BEEN A CUSTOMER!
Normally I'd just delete these and forget about them, but upwards of 80 spam SMS's over the last 3 months is not something that anybody should have to put up with.
