HI
I called this morning spoke to Shelwin Grimett who transferred me to the repair line and i waited on the line for repairs and he was unable to assist with the problem that i am experiencing. I waited on the line for an hour then the line was cut got because the working hours are from 08:00 - 11:00.
I feel this is bad customer service and i will be returning the laptop that i purchase because i can see with the service that i received from all the consultants that passed me from one place to another. I was first referred to the cell c direct store who referred me to Support then support repairs. I am unsure about who i need to speak to about a laptop that can not read windows from the hard drive.
I am absolutely disappointed by the service that i received today and as a loyal Cell C customer i feel i deserve far better service than that. Cell C service has always been the best but i dont know if the new staff feels all calls are as unimportant as the last call that they had.
Could you please attend to my query ASAP as i need to know who and where to call to get this fixed
