I sent in a complaint to MTN.. Ref REQ:2162018... We will get back to you.. When next year when I call in. Just like when I complained about the t.v mtn took three months to deliver and they said a week. Well MTN just like last time I ahve approched the consumer council and you guys will be hearing from them just like last time. I have been with MTN since they where part of FNB.. Remember First Call. Well no longer. Your sevice and customer service has gone to the dogs since then. I am sure you are going to send another response as per usual. WE ARE LOOKING INTI THE MATTER. Well next week you will be looking into the matter with the aid of the consummer council
