How cell c treats loyal customers

I have been batteling with my network over the last 2 weeks. My phone is used for bussiness. My cell c has been my main line of communication but Iv had to resort to using my MTN line. Due to recieveing what came accross as a threatening sms from the network. They have decided to censor my networking for using too much data & only informing me to refer to their terms and conditions in the sms. I have never heard of these terms and conditions before so beware. I believe this could be a violation of the consumer protection act. I have been in liason with them. I have even battled to write this complaint. After phoning in the cell c customer service line you get a rude voice saying or though guarenteeing you probably won't get an operator speaking the same language as you. Unbelievable. My 3G doesn't work at all I've had to down grade to using Edge. Which seems slow up everything 10 fold. Can this be sorted out or is it impossible for Cell C (for your self)?
